Who We Are
Our Founder
Lisa Taber is the President and Founder of Learn it Pro. Lisa has been a lifelong learner and finds joy in helping students reach their potential. With over 20 years of classroom experience and multiple years of tutoring, Lisa is equipped to help each student she works with.
After graduating from Lyman High School, Lisa attended Rollins College, where she excelled in the classroom and was a member of the Women’s Basketball team. Lisa finished her academic and athletic career at Warner University, where she majored in Biology and minored in both Sports Management and Bible. She spent most of her adult life in Memphis, TN, where she taught science and coached basketball. She and her husband have 5 sons ranging from Kindergarten to college. While in Tennessee, Lisa created and offered ACT workshops on Saturdays at her school and started private tutoring. After having her fifth son, during COVID, she stayed home for a couple years and began tutoring with Student Scholars, LLC (mostly ACT Prep) through Zoom. Lisa enjoys helping students reach their goals, whether it be on a standardized test or in a class. She has helped numerous students get into the 30+ ACT Club and has tutored several that earned a 35 in at least one category on the ACT.
A couple years ago, the Taber family relocated back home to Central Florida. Lisa currently teaches Anatomy Honors, AP Biology, AP Psychology and Marine Science at a local private christian school. Last summer she had the opportunity to offer ACT Boot Camps the week before the July ACT and received raving reviews from several of the students. Since then she has been tutoring by word of mouth. She is excited to continue helping students individually and in small groups outside of the classroom, as we launch LearnitPro.
Why LearnitPro?
Lisa has loved school since she first entered kindergarten. She has incredible memories through her schooling and had many teachers make a significant impact on her life. After graduating with a Biology degree she felt the Lord was calling her to teach. She began teaching mid-year at a small private christian school in February of 2004. Within the first week, she knew she was right where she belonged. She has taught in schools in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. She finds so much joy in working with students both individually and in the class setting.
Family of Entrepreneurs
Lisa grew up surrounded by entrepreneurial role models who inspired her to pursue her passion for education.
A Legacy of Business
Her father, Gary Bergenske, built a successful moving company and later became a Realtor Broker Associate.
Innovation in the Family
Her brother, Jason Bergenske, is CEO of Bergenske Enterprises, founder of MoveitPro Software and Lion’s Den Booking Service.
The Birth of LearnitPro
During a family dinner, the idea for LearnitPro was born, blending Lisa’s love of learning with her family’s business success.

Saturday Workshops and 4-day Boot Camps are held at the LearnitPro Offices
Individual tutoring sessions are offered in the Oviedo on the Park area at local coffee shops and clubhouses, as well as through Zoom.
