Programs Designed for Student Success

Test Prep Tutoring

Through LearnitPro, ACT Prep is offered. Individual tutoring sessions are preferred for most students. Small group sessions (2-3 people) are available for groups of friends that work well together and are in similar level classes at school (especially math and english). Individual and small group tutoring occurs at local coffee shops and clubhouses near Oviedo on the Park or via Zoom.

ACT Prep Pricing

Individual Tutoring $90 per hour

  • Pay for 5 sessions up front at a discounted rate of $425
  • Pay for 10 sessions up front at a discounted rate of $800

Small group tutoring (2-3 people, $90 per hour)

  • One person from group pays the total on the website, friends within the group can work out paying each other

Saturday Test Prep Workshops

The ACT Prep Workshops are 3-hours on a Saturday, one to two weeks before the exam is offered. This helps students to learn or review the layout of the test, strategies, and major content areas in preparation for the exam. A practice exam and key is given to take home and further prepare individually before the test date. The workshops take place at the LearnitPro office in Longwood, FL.

Summer Boot Camps

Separate ACT Boot camps occur the week leading up to the summer ACT test dates (June and July). The camp runs from 9-12 over four days, for a total of 12 hours of intensive review and practice. Extra time is spent on reviewing major math concepts and grammar, plus testing strategies for each section. The Boot Camps take place at the LearnitPro office in Longwood, FL.

Subject Tutoring

Our current staff is able to tutor the following subjects listed below. If you need something in addition to these courses, we will try to find a tutor for you within two weeks. 

Math: Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, College Algebra, and AP Stats

Science: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy, AP Biology and AP Psychology

English: all high school English, specializing in grammar and writing papers

  1. The Saturday Workshops and Summer Boot Camps take place at our Learn it Pro Office at 661 W Warren Ave., Longwood, FL 32750. 
  2. Individual and private tutoring sessions take place at local coffee shops in Oviedo, local clubhouses or via Zoom.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your tutoring, for last minute cancellations. Please understand that when you schedule and pay, you are holding that spot and preventing someone else from signing up for tutoring at that time.

Yes, each tutor is background checked before they can begin working with students.

During the school year with all the other demands in a student’s life, usually meeting once a week for an hour is advised. If more is needed it can be arranged.

However, the Saturday workshops are 4 hours, providing extra support. Furthermore, the Intensive Summer Boot Camps last a total of 12 hours over 4 days.

No, we are here for each individual student. Some students know they just need a big review or only have a couple weeks before their test to meet. Others have a goal in which they realize from the beginning, they will want to meet weekly for the entire semester. Therefore, we offer discounted packages for those that want to sign up for several sessions at once. However, it is not required.
